The shipping fees cover the transportation from our wholesale vendors to your local receiver, typically ranging from 15% to 20%. These fees can fluctuate due to several factors, including the vendor’s location in relation to the shipping destination, individual vendor rates, as well as the size and weight of the package, and more.
The delivery fees cover premium white-glove delivery service, ensuring safe transport from your local receiver to your home, which also includes in-home installation, with an additional charge of 15% to 20%. Costs for white glove delivery services may differ among companies due to various factors. These include the complexity of items being delivered—considering fragility, size, weight, and any special handling needs—as well as the shipping distance between the receiver and the delivery location, among others.
The timeline for your project can vary due to factors such as the size of your property, the complexity of the design plan, scheduling constraints, turnaround time, unforeseen delays, decision-making pace, and more. With our Full-Service design, clients typically have minimal involvement. We may ask for your design feedback to guide the direction, and then we’ll take care of everything else. We understand your busy schedule, so we’ll handle all the work for you.

Unfortunately, all products are non-returnable. Once we have received your approval and placed orders with vendors, changes cannot be made.

Please keep in mind that vendor prices might change, affecting the initially quoted price. Sourcing products for other rooms will begin after payment and purchase of items for the initial room.
