- 1-2 Rooms/Spaces: Minimum investment of $10,000 for furniture and décor per room/space.
- 3+ Rooms/Spaces: Minimum investment of $30,000 for furniture and décor per project.

PRICING
We provide a flat fee structure, customized according to your project’s scope and your home’s size. Our ALL-INCLUSIVE packages are straightforward and transparent, covering room design, product sourcing, procurement, delivery, installation, and styling. You’ll only pay for product costs, shipping/delivery and taxes — no design fee, no hidden charges and no additional fees.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Prior To On-Site Consultation: A payment of $500 is required before the on-site consultation. This payment is non-refundable and will be credited towards the total project cost.
Prior To Room Design: Prior to starting each room’s design, a payment of $500 is due per room. This payment is non-refundable and will be credited towards the total project cost.
Remaining Project Cost: The balance of the total project cost is payable before product ordering begins.
